English support for domestic operations
Sealith supports English UI, English notification emails, and English evidence bundles for mixed-language teams operating under Japan-first policies.
Validate encrypted flows and URL sharing on the free tier.
Test file sends, secure text, receive, revoke, audit logs, URL sharing, and the Chrome extension first, then add archive or CSV export on higher plans if needed.
Business+
Make AI agent file operations auditable too.
Business and above includes Agent Tokens, MCP, Slack workspace integration, and AI audit tracking. You can hand off files, secure text, and URLs to AI workflows with scoped permissions and trace Slack deliveries through the same ledger.
Agent Token
Issue API tokens constrained by expiry, scope, destination domains, purpose, allowed use, and recipient type. AI-triggered calls must also declare jobId, aiProvider, and aiClient. They can create file and URL handoffs, and receive web-created text handoffs with audit context.
Slack workspace integration
On Business and above, you can send Sealith share links into connected Slack workspace channels or DMs. It is not a mail replacement, but the next B2B delivery path with revoke, audit logs, and posting policy managed on the same base.
MCP
Expose 14 tools including create, upload, complete upload, revoke, receive, status, logs, append audit context, org usage, and audit verification to external agents. On Business, Agent API usage is designed around 120 requests per minute. Binary file completion depends on whether the client is local-execution based, like Cursor or Claude Code, or remote-execution based, like ChatGPT or Claude App.
AI audit log CSV
Export org-wide logs including human, AI, and system actors with tokenId, jobId, aiProvider, and aiClient. AI operation tracking is available on Business and above.
Approval and external action logs
Human Approval Gate holds risky AI actions, while External Action Log records payment, contract, CRM, procurement, and system-update outcomes as evidence.
Sender-side AI usage
This is the main live use case today. Let your own AI create transfers, send text files immediately, upload binary files through upload sessions or helpers, revoke access, and append audit context while restricting purpose, destination, allowed use, and recipient type. Agent Tokens and MCP require Business and above. Binary file completion still depends on the client runtime.
Receiver-side AI usage
If the receiving company also has a Sealith account, its AI can receive materials through receive_handoff and route them into internal AI workflows. If needed, the receiving side can then send onward as its own sender. AI integrations and AI audit tracking require Business and above.
When the retention period ends, the encrypted file or text payload is deleted while transfer history and audit logs remain.
Archive is an organization feature for hiding items from the default list, not deleting them.
You can also share Google Drive, Box, and other URLs with passcode protection and audit logs. Each transfer can set an expiry window from 1 hour to 30 days and a maximum access count. Links stop automatically when limits are reached. Viewing rights for the destination still depend on the external service.
The Chrome extension can convert the current page URL, a clipboard URL, or a manually entered URL into a Sealith URL share. It is available on all plans, with usage still governed by plan limits such as transfer count, recipients, and retention.
On Business and above, you can post Sealith share links to connected Slack workspace channels or DMs. Revoke, audit logs, Slack Connect controls, and workspace posting policies remain managed on the Sealith side.
On Team and above, senders can add Cc/Bcc recipients for notification emails and schedule the URL notice for a future date and time. Draft content is auto-saved in the browser.
One transfer creation counts as one transfer, even with multiple recipients. Notification emails are still sent per recipient.
Agent Tokens and MCP are available on Business and above.
AI activity evidence, approval gates, and external action logs are designed for Business and above. External action execution itself remains in the connected system; Sealith records permission and results.
Business is designed around 10 Agent Tokens, 1,000 AI handoffs per month, and 120 Agent API requests per minute. Enterprise is contract-based.
Org-wide audit log CSV export is available on Starter and above.
AI operation filters and AI audit tracking are available on Business and above.
Recipients can be stopped by revoke, expiry, or download-limit exhaustion.
Users on Starter and above can issue referral links. When a referred user upgrades to a paid plan, credits are applied automatically to the next invoice.
